Everything it does, and everything it refuses to
It answers the mail you get every day and hands you the rest, from your own mailbox and your own mail server.

Reads every message properly
Attachments, forwarded chains, quoted replies, any character set. It works out what the person is actually asking before anything else happens.
Answers in their language
Macedonian, Albanian, English, whatever they wrote in, with nothing to configure.
Sends from your domain
Each address uses its own mail server, so replies are signed by your existing SPF and DKIM. Never from ours.
One mailbox or twenty
Every address can have its own voice, its own rules, its own business context and its own mode.
Knows a person from a robot
Auto-replies, bounces, bulk mail and its own footer are recognised and ignored, which is what stops a loop becoming a thousand emails.
Tells you what it cost
Every reply records the model spend that produced it, so the bill is never a surprise.
The model writes. It does not decide.
Whether a reply is sent is decided by a short list of plain rules you can read in one sitting, never by the model's own opinion of itself. Any one of these withholds it.
Categories you never automate
Complaints, refunds, legal, billing disputes. Listed by you, and it may not answer them however sure it is.
A confidence floor
It scores how safe sending unreviewed would be. Anything under your threshold is held, with the reason attached.
Anyone can reach a person
Every reply tells the customer how. One word back and the thread goes to a human, permanently.
It refuses to invent
If answering needs a fact it does not have, it stops and asks you rather than guessing plausibly.
A daily cap per sender
No one person can be answered more than a few times a day. That is what stops a loop becoming a thousand emails.
A pause that means it
One switch stops all sending immediately, without stopping it reading and drafting.
Keep the mailbox you already have
Watch it answer your mail for a week
It costs nothing, it sends nothing, and at the end you will know whether you want it. That is a better argument than anything else on this page.
- No card, ever
- Your own mailbox, your own mail server
- It sends nothing until you say so
