Suspicious sender protection
Before anything is read for its content, the headers are checked against who the message claims to be from. A mismatch holds the message rather than answering it: nothing is read, drafted, or sent until a person allows it.
Every fact the check used is shown on the same screen as the verdict, so allowing or refusing a sender is never a guess: SPF, DKIM and the display name are all there to compare against what you were actually expecting.
Allowing a sender releases everything currently held from them and lets their later mail through unchecked, reversible any time from the same screen.
